Overview
Innovative Spinal Implants for Motion Preservation

Impliant is engaged in the development of novel spine arthroplasty solutions for motion preservation.  The Company’s flagship device —the TOPS™ System— is a total posterior motion preservation system for patients suffering from mild to moderate spinal stenosis, with or without grade I spondylolisthesis and facet arthrosis.  Impliant has the longest and largest series of patients for this indication with a motion preservation device.

Additional alternatives to fusion are under development and clinical trials worldwide.

The Company’s management team has extensive experience commercializing new technologies, including fusion and total disc replacement devices.  Impliant raised its first round of venture capital investment in 2000 and remains a privately held company until today.

Impliant develops spine arthroplasty solutions for motion preservation. The TOPS™ System is a non-fusion total posterior spine implant that addresses major degenerative spine diseases of the posterior spinal column.
